Returns & Exchanges

As a one-woman small business creating unique, handmade pieces, returns are not accepted at this time. However, I truly value your feedback. If you have any concerns or suggestions, I’m always happy to listen!

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction matters deeply, and I want every piece to arrive safely and as intended.
